Who says water and electricity don’t mix? Observe an electrofishing (efishing) demonstration at Tannery Park. You will see how fish are captured with efishing equipment by experienced aquatic life biologists. There will be opportunities for you to get up close and personal with local fish, so be sure to bring the kids, our budding biologists of tomorrow~ Watch for posted updates as Plum Creek Park is the backup location in high water conditions.

Various aspects of wildlife habitat, forest management / timber harvesting and conservation practices will be covered. The event will be held on an active conservation club that will be implementing many wildlife and forestry conservation practices with assistance from NRCS.
